Nap\u0159\u00edklad mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed leti\u0161t\u011b pou\u017eilo dvouvrstv\u00fd syst\u00e9m s modifikovan\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem APAO a vrchn\u00ed vrstvou odolnou proti pror\u016fst\u00e1n\u00ed ko\u0159en\u016f, do kter\u00e9 byla vlo\u017eena m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 f\u00f3lie a gelov\u00fd obal zadr\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed vlhkost. Syst\u00e9m byl aplikov\u00e1n na betonov\u00e9 terasy s dren\u00e1\u017en\u00edmi vrstvami a 2,5-3,8 cm zeminy a jeho c\u00edlem bylo podpo\u0159it rozchodn\u00edky a tr\u00e1vy. V\u00fdsledky se li\u0161ily; a\u010dkoli membr\u00e1na vydr\u017eela, p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed rostlin bylo n\u00edzk\u00e9 kv\u016fli m\u011blk\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b a nedostatku zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e vedlo k r\u016fstu plevele.
