Component A (the base component) of this Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is formulated by mixing anionic synthetic rubber emulsion, emulsified asphalt microemulsion (produced through a special process), and various chemical additives. It features a unique core-shell structure where rubber serves as the continuous phase and asphalt as the dispersed phase—this structure endows the component with high solid content and low viscosity, making it perfectly suitable for spray application (a key advantage of this Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating).
Component B (the setting accelerator) of the Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is an aqueous solution prepared with electrolytes such as metal salts, formulated to a specific concentration. Film Formation Mechanism
- Spraying and Mixing: Component A (the base rubber asphalt coating) and Component B (the setting accelerator) are sprayed through two nozzles of an airless spraying equipment respectively, atomized into 扇形 sprays at high speed, collide and mix crosswise during spraying, and then are sprayed onto the construction base surface.
- Demulsification, Coagulation and Film Formation: After being sprayed onto the base surface, the setting accelerator in Component B destroys the charge stability of the polymer emulsion and emulsified asphalt in Component A, causing them to demulsify rapidly, salt out water, and condense instantly into a continuous and dense polymer waterproof film.

Construction Precautions
- The base layer should be solid, flat, and dry, without any floating slurry, holes, cracks, dust, oil stains, etc. Otherwise, polishing, dust removal, and repair should be carried out. The corner should be smoothed into a circular arc, with a radius of 50mm.
- Prior to construction, measures should be taken to cover areas outside the work surface that are susceptible to contamination from flying construction materials.
